Thursday, Feb 21, 2019, 08:30 am - 10:30 am

Deloitte Singapore, , 6 Shenton Way OUE Downtown 2, # 33-00, Singapore, , Singapore
Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Deloitte are pleased to invite you to this upcoming technical session on “Disruptive M&A – Adopting a New Strategy in a Digital World” on 21 February 2019.
There are few industries in today’s world that have not been disrupted by technology, and to such an extent that brick & mortar incumbents have either been forced out of business through transformed business models or have had to reinvent themselves by either buying, building or partnering with technology companies.
But who has done what specifically by industry, and what impact has this had on their businesses and the market landscape?
What specific technologies have been game changers, and what is likely upcoming?
What business models are being adopted?
How have organization structures have had to adapt?
The journey has begun but is not finished yet, and more disruption is expected.
