Hatha yoga refers to a set of postures (asanas) that are designed to align the entire body. These postures also open many channels of the body, which help to encourage blood circulation and increase the flow of energy.
Hatha yoga is a journey towards creating balance and uniting opposites; for example, a balance of strength and flexibility. Through Hatha yoga, we learn to balance our efforts and surrender in each pose.
Suitable for all levels, including first-timers.

This class is conducted by Rong Xing, an enthusiastic and passionate trainer about health and fitness. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and has completed RYS® 200 Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.
