Trade Exhibition & Product Demonstration & Hands-on
A trade exhibition featuring state-of-the-art medical equipment and allied applications will be on display at the Auditorium, Level 4, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (Novena Campus). The Exhibition will be open to all registered participants from 10-11 October 2019. The product demonstration and hands-on session will be conducted during the Interventional Neuroradiology Workshop on 09 October 2019. For further details, please contact the Course Secretariat.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of registration will only be issued upon the receipt of a completed Registration Form with full payment of registration fee. Please bring along the confirmation to the Registration Desk at the Course as proof of your registration. Company sponsored participants must indicate the name and contact number of the person who authorised for payment for us to send invoice. Otherwise, please pay first and claim. For NNI sponsored doctors/staff, please submit conference training form to HR Department.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be sent to the Course Manager. Before 09 September 2019: full refund of prepaid fees less an administrative charge of SGD$50.00. From 09 September 2019 onwards: NO REFUND will be made.
Personal Data Protection Act Notice
All personal data collected in the registration form will be used solely for internal processing and future communication purpose.
The Organising Committee is not liable for any personal accidents, loss/damage of private properties of registered participants during the conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the conference mentioned in this preliminary announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes without notice should the need arises.
Letter of Invitation for VISA application
The Organising Committee will issue the Letter of Introduction for VISA application ONLY when full registration fee is received. However, the invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.
National passport holders of most countries are permitted to stay in Singapore for up to 14 days without visas. However, visas may be required for visitors from some other countries and participants are requested to clarify this before travelling.
