Women of the 21st Century: I want to be a Superwoman!

Balance the progress, better the world.

In tandem with the theme of the International Women’s Day 2019, #BalanceforBetter, this "women-only" Mingles session explores gender balance as an essential for economies and communities to thrive. The modern women of the 21st century came a long way, debunking numerous stereotypes and gaining social empowerment. The road to success takes confidence, resilience and tenacity. Despite more women taking on management positions and growing female presence in the workforce today, women still encounter various societal challenges in their careers to find the ideal balance between work and personal life. Immerse in an evening of sisterhood as fellow women come forth with their inspiring stories, revealing the setbacks encountered in their careers, and how they eventually overcame them.
