Following on from the previous session, this session further examines how TJ has been incorporated in various jurisdictions and what can be done to enhance TJ. Led by Deputy Presiding Judge of the Family Justice Courts, Mr Chia Wee Kiat,  a panel of academics from various esteemed universities in Singapore and beyond discuss international perspectives on the implementation of TJ in their respective jurisdictions. This discussion further explores the framework and infrastructure required for a legal system to adopt TJ principles and fulfil its ideals of enabling parties to move forward as positively as possible in their lives.
