Workshop Instructor:

Founder and Director of 9 yards innovation, Sjiva De Meester 

 Sjiva has more than 10 years’ experience in leading highly complex transformation and innovation  projects for multinational companies. She works directly with senior leadership, innovation, customer  experience and HR teams. Sjiva holds master's degrees in organisational psychology, business, HR and  innovation. This unique blend of knowledge and experience has ignited her passion of ‘placing people at  the heart of innovation’. 

 Sjiva moved to Asia six years ago and is absolutely fascinated by the region’s rich diversity of cultures,  religions and speeds of development. She has led projects across 15 countries in Asia, and lived in both  Shanghai and Singapore.

 She is a strong believer in giving back to society, especially in the areas of health and education. As a  result, Sjiva mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and start-ups.
