Join us for a high intensity interval training fitness circuit session outdoors within a highly motivating group setting and get the ultimate fat-loss burn! You will be instructed how to perform each exercise by an experienced trainer. Each session is different. Some of the exercises may include: tyre flip, sled pull, water rower, battle ropes, sandbags, farmer's walk, atlas carry, rope pull, crawls and much more.
FAQs
Come in your sports attire and bring a bottle of water and a towel. Feel free to bring gloves, wristbands and handwraps if you wish.
