Welcome to The Fitness Protocol Playground!

 

HIIT Fat-Blaster Bootcamp

*Suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.

** Please arrive 15 mins earlier to allow sufficient time to check-in

 

Time: 9.00am - 10.30am

Join us for a high intensity interval training fitness circuit session outdoors within a highly motivating group setting and get the ultimate fat-loss burn! You will be instructed how to perform each exercise by an experienced trainer. Each session is different. Some of the exercises may include: tyre flip, sled pull, water rower, battle ropes, sandbags, farmer's walk, atlas carry, rope pull, crawls and much more.

  • What should I bring?

        Come in your sports attire and bring a bottle of water and a towel. Feel free to bring gloves,           wristbands and handwraps if you wish.

  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS & NO CANCELLATIONS due to limited slots being made available. We hope you understand. If for some unforeseen circumstance you cannot attend, then you are eligible to redeem your booking for the same session within 1 month. You are not allowed to transfer your registration to another person.
