We are adding a brand new class – Kettlebell Fundamentals – to our Fitness Protocol Schedule.
Kettlebell Foundation is a class based on building a solid foundation of fundamental kettlebell exercises to improve your strength, mobility, posture and overall fitness.
We will be breaking down all the common kettlebell exercises into simple steps that anyone will be able to follow. Come join now and learn essential kettlebell movements with proper technique and form.

About Coach David Devito's Kettlebell Journey
- David is one of the best kettlebell athletes in Singapore. He is only 1 of 3 in South East Asia who is currently the highest ranking in the Kettlebell sport.
- Under the coaching by 13 times World Champion Sergei Merkulin for 3 years, David attained 1st place and CMS in 2 x 24kg Biathlon, Level 1 in 2 x 24kg Long Cycle, CMS in 32kg Snatch.
- Under the training by reknowned coach Sergei Rudnev for 2 years, David achieved 1st place for 2 x 24kg Biathlon.
