About the Programme
“All of us need to understand the importance of branding. We are CEOs of our own companies: Me Inc. To be in business today, our most important job is to be head marketer for the brand called You.” - Tom Peters in Fast Company
The competitive legal industry makes it challenging for one to stand out in a crowded market. How do you attract people who want what you do, in the way you do it? The Women in Practice (#WIP) next event – “Women Lawyers of Tomorrow – Pushing Base, Brand and Boundaries” will bring together Minister Indranee Rajah and senior female lawyers to share their perspectives on developing one’s personal brand and profile in the legal marketplace.
Our panel of esteemed speakers will share their strategies on what lawyers can do to identify their unique brand, get clear on their core values, appeal to their target market, and successfully present their brand to others. The panel will also explore when and how rebranding may become necessary for lawyers to keep relevant and abreast of a changing marketplace.
We hope that by the end of the session, participants will have a good idea of how to create a personal brand strategy to propel their careers forward.
