About the Conference Workshop
~ In collaboration with The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple ~
The Law Society’s marquee event, Litigation Conference 2023 is proud to return to its biennial in-person workshop format. Participants will not only participate in smaller-group learning sessions led by various Senior Counsel from Singapore and King’s Counsel, but also enjoy the hospitality of law firm sponsors who will be hosting the workshops at their respective law firms.
In addition, the Organising Committee has lined up a series of discussions with esteemed panelists to explore feedback on the Rules of Court 2021, SICC Rules 2021, and different jurisdictions’ perspectives on modern litigation.
As always, the Conference will bring together practitioners and the judiciary during these discussions. The various workshop groups will also have the inaugural opportunity to return to the main venue for a larger-group sharing of what they have learnt in the course of the breakout workshop sessions. The training during the workshop sessions will span pleadings, case management, correspondence drafting, and advocacy.
This will be the first in-person Litigation Conference since the COVID-19 outbreak, and the Law Society encourages members to fully embrace this opportunity to learn not only from the speakers, panelists and trainers, but from each other in the course of a truly interactive in-person event. We will also reprise the pre-COVID-19 successful format by closing the Conference with a fully sponsored networking reception at the end of the 2nd day of the Conference.
Litigation Conference Workshop 2023 is not to be missed!
