1. The Majulah Walk & Run 2019 is organised by Yew Tee CCC & Limbang CCC, hereinafter referred to as The Organisers.
2. The Organisers reserve the right to use any photograph, motion picture, recording, or any other record of this event and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and future publicity for the event.
3. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations without prior notification.
4. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event without any prior notification, in which case, the fees are non-refundable.
5. The Organisers have the right to amend the advertised programme and venue at any time without prior notice to participants.
6. The Organisers will, under no circumstances, accept responsibility for any injury, illness or loss of items whilst travelling to the event, during the event, or return travel from the event. Any and all required insurance covers shall be the responsibility of each participant.


1. Participants below the age of 18 must seek parental or guardian consent and fill in the relevant indemnity form when registering online. Failing which, The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the participant.
2. Registration will not be accepted after the closing date.
3. Upon successful registration, you are not allowed to change the category that you have registered for.
4. All walk and run category registrations are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
5. To ensure that your race details are correct, please check and update your personal particulars before registration closes. Please note that only changes to personal particulars will be accepted.
6. The Organisers reserve the right to close registration before the official closing date should participation reach its capacity.
7. The Organisers will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by participants.
8. Completion of the online entry form evidences the participant’s agreement to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Majulah Walk & Run 2019.
9. The Organisers reserve the right to limit and refuse entries.
10. Each participant can only participate in one category.
11. The registration will only be complete when full payment is made.


1. All registered participants are to collect their T-shirt at Yew Tee Community Club (20 Choa Chu Kang Street 52 #01-01, Singapore 689286) on 27-28 July 2019 10am - 5pm.
2. The T-Shirt will not be issued to participants after the designated collection period.
3. For collection, please bring along the T-shirt collection slip (for registration over the counter) or confirmation slip (for online registration) for verification purposes. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse collection by participants who do not present the required documents.
4. If participants are unable to collect their T-shirt in person, they may authorise a representative to collect on their behalf. One of the following documents must be presented when a representative is collecting the T-shirt on behalf of the participant:
T-shirt collection slip (for registration over the counter)
Participant's confirmation slip (for online registration)
5. Participants are not allowed to change the T-shirt once collected.


1. This event is non-competitive. While every reasonable precaution will be taken by The Organisers to ensure participants' safety, participants are advised to exercise due care and The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, howsoever arising.
The Organisers reserve the right to remove any unattended bags or belongings at the event premises for security reasons and will not be responsible for any losses and/or damage to the belongings.
3. A participant's failure to observe the Rules and Regulations may result in disqualification.
4. A grace period of 15 minutes after the commencement of the run will be given for latecomers. Any participant who reports later than this grace period will not be allowed to participate in the run.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed physically incapable (i.e. severe physical harm) from continuing the race.
6. All participants are required to report at the Start Point at least 30 minutes prior to flag-off time.
7. Participants must make their own transport arrangement as there will be no complimentary parking.
