Q1. I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A confirmation email with your individualised QR code will be sent out upon completion of payment.
If you haven't received one yet, please try the following:
- Check your spam / junk email folder
- Write in to NKF at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the following details in your email:
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
Q2. Can I request for an exchange if the T-shirt does not fit?
As stocks are limited, T-shirts are not available for exchange. We strongly advise you to check the measurements above before selecting your size.
Q3. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to participate in Sit-to-Sweat activity can I transfer the seat ?
Registration fee is non-refundable. Participant who is unable to participate in the Sit-to-Sweat may transfer the seat to their appointed representative. Please write in to NKF at email@example.com and attach a copy of your confirmation slip ticket.
