Entrepreneur Mindset	What sets an employee and an entrepreneur apart is their mindset. This workshop gears participants into the thought-process of an entrepreneur, including: Understanding the difference between employee and entrepreneur Key character traits required to succeed in business Learning entrepreneurial decision-making
Business Planning	Starting a business is no easy feat. However, with the right expertise and functional skills you stand a bigger chance to succeed.This workshop introduces to participants these needed skills including: Functional skills and competency needed to start a business Understanding how to start and scale a business Keeping ahead of competitors
Presentation Skills	Presentation skills workshop elaborates on the importance of communication skills in a presentation setting. Sharing and presenting ideas is fairly simple, especially when you have time and the resources to prepare for the pitch. However, with the allocated time, an entrepreneur will need to secure investors and inspire clients by telling a convincing story. This workshop introduces to participants these needed skills including: Effective ways for pitching out Storyboarding your presentation (and taking them on a journey) Sharing the big idea
