  • a tantalizing and flavorful salad with black/white fungus, shitake mushroom, sprinkled with fresh wolfberries & red dates as an appetizer;
  • a delicious warm soy-based pumpkin soup with a nutty accompaniment;
  • five-elements high-fiber handmade noodles enriched with vegetables galore mix with fermented five beans plant-based grilled fish;
  • and finished off with a refreshing winter melon konjac dessert.

Also look out for a Special Presentation by our Guest Speaker Ms Dawn Neo from Humane Society International on Beyond Health - Cage Free Eggs -

"Over the past few years, supermarkets in Singapore have been carrying more brands of cage-free eggs due to consumer demand. Have you wondered about how they are different from regular eggs, or how they are produced? Dawn Neo from Humane Society International will share what she has learnt from working with scientists, farmers, retailers and governments.
Humane Society International is the largest animal protection organisation in the world, and works to help all animals—including animals in laboratories, farm animals, companion animals, and wildlife.."
