About the Programme

Human Capital. Human Factor. Human Energy.

As the world moves into the next normal, there is increasing recognition that agile and engaged teams have contributed to the success of businesses maneuvering through the disruption caused by COVID-19. How then should we keep the momentum going?

This programme is tailored to the unique working experiences of lawyers in law firms. Recognising the hard work that is required as a legal professional, this programme addresses best practices that law firms and legal teams can adopt, the drivers for adopting such practices, and how they can be implemented at work.

Susan de Silva – The Silva Coach, introduces the 5 Human Dimensions for law firms to better engage their lawyers so that they are energised and can thrive (and not just survive) at work.

The programme will then focus on the Mindful Business Charter (“MBC”) <www.mindfulbusinesscharter.com>, an initiative started in the UK by in-house legal teams and their outside law firms, aimed at removing unnecessary stress in the work lives of lawyers through behavioural change based on best-practice principles.
