About the Programme
There is an increasing demand on law firms to motivate, support and retain multi-generational talent, all whilst focusing on profitability in an ever changing financial, regulatory, and technical market. To meet changing needs, there has been a significant shift in management style, alongside where and how work is carried out. COVID-19 has also brought into sharp focus the needs and wants of both employers and employees in the workplace.
The use of coaching, and the introduction of a coaching culture, has increased in law firms. Firms now include coaching as a critical element in their retention and talent management strategy.
