*This e-learning course was developed by The College of Law Australia in partnership with The Law Society of Singapore*

Enterprises are increasingly focused on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. An ESG approach entails managing the legal, financial, governance, and reputational risks related to these issues. This requires key stakeholders (such as the board and legal and financial advisors) to monitor relevant activities, processes, or policies from which such risks may emerge.

In this on-demand e-learning course, you will learn about key concepts in ESG law and the emergence of a new practice area in ESG compliance.

Upon successful registration, registrants who have signed up for the e-learning course will receive a separate email from COL with the login details and further access information within 3 to 5 calendar days.

Practitioners who have completed the e-learning course may claim private CPD points at the rate of 1 private point for each hour of content completed and the points must be rounded up or down to the nearest full or 0.5 point. The submission of private CPD points will have to be done by the practitioners via e-Portfolio.
