About the Programme

This course is a series of 4 weekly in-person sessions, where participants will learn from experienced arbitration practitioners from a range of backgrounds, including local as well as international law firms. Each session will address essential issues that aspiring arbitration practitioners need to know, such as the role of arbitration institutions, arbitral tribunals and national courts, and the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards.

At the end of the course, participants will gain a basic understanding of the key concepts in arbitration, and a broad overview of arbitration law, procedure, and practice.

Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions to achieve a more holistic and rewarding learning experience.

Please note that this programme will be conducted subject to a minimum number of registrations being met. In the event that the programme has to be cancelled or postponed, we will do our best to inform all affected participants at the earliest opportunity via email.

Refunds will be made through the method of payment that was originally used for registration, and details of the refund will be communicated to affected participants via email.
