About the Programme

It is understood that the Probate Registry of the Family Justice Court has had to reject an increasing number of non-contentious probate applications filed by solicitors, This is a concern not only for the Registry which has to spend time and resources to check NCP applications, but also for solicitors, as more time is spent re-filing documents, including fresh probate and caveat searches, particularly when the matter is supposed to be "non-contentious".

This webinar will feature Her Honour District Judge Miranda Yeo, and 2 solicitors, Ms Sim Bock Eng and Mr Goh Kok Yeow, and will cover tips and techniques to enable solicitors to plan for and ensure NCP applications are fuss-free, whether they be simple or relatively-complex probate applications.
