Expert witnesses are critical to the proper administration of justice and play a key role in assisting lawyers, judges and arbitrators to understand areas which fall outside of their general scope of knowledge. 

In this seminar, we will explore the role of the expert witness in litigation and arbitration, and how best to brief an expert witness. 

This session will help junior associates understand the nature of expert evidence and the importance of properly briefing expert witnesses.
