About the Programme
As times have changed so have the expectations of clients, referrers, experts, and those who influence legal service buying decisions. We have moved from David Maister’s concept of personal relationship hero of a ‘Trusted Adviser’ to the phases of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and self-sustaining networks – or Ecosystems.
In this 90-minute session Sue-Ella Prodonovich, an expert on Business Development for Lawyers, will discuss 10 ways legal practices are building their books of business.
This session is designed primarily for lawyers in Singapore who are engaged in client facing roles with expectations of introducing business to their firm.
