Responsibilities

• Own the revenue target: build the sales plan, forecast accurately, and deliver the number

• Navigate enterprise buying processes, including procurement, security and compliance reviews, and contracting

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience leading a sales and account management team
• A track record of owning and delivering a revenue target
• Familiar with complex sales: multiple stakeholders, long cycles and enterprise processes
• Strong executive presence; able to pitch, negotiate and build trust with senior decision-makers
• Comfortable with numbers: pipeline, forecasts, pricing and margins

We are looking for a Head of Operations to work alongside our CEO and run the business day to day. You will own how EventNook operates: our processes, our operations, our customer service, and our expansion into new markets in the region.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who likes building the systems that let a growing company scale. It reports to the CEO and has a clear path to grow into a General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO across general business activities, and turn priorities into plans that get done
• Design, document and improve the processes that run the business, from sales handover to delivery, billing and reporting
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including onsite event delivery, scheduling, vendors and equipment
• Lead customer service: response standards, escalations, and a consistently good experience for every client
• Plan and run regional expansion: market entry, local partners, setup and compliance in new countries
• Set up the metrics, dashboards and operating rhythm that keep the company on track
• Work with finance, HR and the leadership team on budgets, hiring and policies

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to win new customers for EventNook. You will plan and run a steady series of campaigns, events and demos that bring new logos into our pipeline, and work closely with sales to turn them into customers.

This role suits someone who likes both the strategy and the doing: deciding where new customers will come from, then running the events, campaigns and partnerships that get them.

Responsibilities

• Build the acquisition strategy: target segments, channels, messages and the plan to reach them
• Plan and run a series of events, workshops and product demo sessions, from invitations and logistics to follow-up
• Run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content, webinars and paid media
• Develop strategic partnerships (venues, agencies, associations and technology partners) that create co-marketing and referral opportunities
• Work with sales to define qualified leads, hand them over well, and follow them through to closed deals
• Track results by channel, from leads to meetings, pipeline and new customers, and put budget where it works
• Use EventNook and NookPass at our own events, so every event also shows the product in action

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with venues, event organizers, agencies, and complementary technology providers
• Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities — discovery, solution design, commercial structuring, contracting, and closing
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners (co-marketing, referrals, integrations, joint pitches)

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered features that make event creation, registration, and onsite operations radically simpler for our customers.

You will work end-to-end — from prototyping with LLMs to shipping production features into EventNook's platform — and have a direct impact on how thousands of events are run across the region. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves moving fast, owns problems end-to-end, and cares deeply about user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered features across EventNook's platform (event site generation, smart registration forms, attendee assistance, automation, analytics, etc.)
• Prototype quickly with frontier LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models) and turn promising prototypes into reliable, production-grade features
• Build robust prompts, evals, and guardrails — and treat eval coverage as a first-class engineering deliverable
• Implement retrieval, tool-use, and agentic patterns where they genuinely improve product outcomes
• Integrate AI features cleanly with existing backend services and frontend experiences
• Monitor quality, cost, and latency in production; iterate based on real usage data
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate user pain points into shipped AI features

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, with recent hands-on work building features using LLMs or other ML models
• Strong fundamentals in at least one modern backend stack (Python, TypeScript/Node, .NET, or similar) and one frontend stack
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, evals, and tool/function calling
• Ability to think product-first — you can scope what to build, what to skip, and what's "good enough to ship"
