Job Description (Overview):
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-centric, driven, and high-energy customer service professional to provide customers with a top-notch customer service experience.
The customer success team is the first point of contact with the customers for event implementation, product training, product support, and event project coordination. The customer success team will work with the internal product team and sales team for successful delivery and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be a champion in resolving customer issues in a fast, reliable, and timely manner
- Be a champion in providing trust and reliable event expert consultation to the client
- Be the point of contact for key accounts and event projects to provide event consultation and ongoing user support via email, phone, chat, and, face-to-face sessions
- You will need to develop a deep understanding of our platform and technologies to provide event registration and ticketing expert consultation
- You will need to manage the key event projects for successful delivery with high customer satisfaction
- You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams between sales, product team, and customers for successful event project delivery
- You will need to provide Live product training to clients via face-to-face meetings or video conferencing to clients in different regions or time zones
- Guide the customers and pro-actively follow up with them to get the best out of eventnook services for their event success
- You will need to provide onsite supervisor support on the event day to ensure the events using our product run smoothly and effectively
- Identify inefficiencies and establish continuous process improvement (SOP and SLA)
- Ensure all customers inquiries are resolved within the SLA and exceed customer expectations
- Develop event management best practices, product tutorials, help guide, and documentation
- You will need to travel frequently to supervise onsite event support
Requirements
- 4+ Years of working experience
- Reliable, Dependable, and Meticulous team player
- Strong Project Management or Event Management Experience
- Preferred someone with project and client management experience
- Strong empathy for customers and passion to solve customers issues
- Growth mindset, Flexible, Adoptive and Resilient
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and tight deadline
- Tech-savvy and familiar with internet-based websites and software services
- Knowledge of creating websites and Html skills would be plus
- You will need to be flexible to assist after office hours for event support
- You will need to travel frequently to provide onsite event support
- Preferred Diploma or Degree holder but not essential
- Preferred Singaporean / PR
