EventNook provides everything you need to create, manage, and grow successful events of any size.
Custom solutions for every type of event and organization, tailored to your specific needs.
Guests scan the QR code from their confirmation email and walk in, with the badge printing as they arrive. No printed lists, no queue out the door, and live attendance on your dashboard.
Mix and match: self-service kiosks for most delegates, a staffed desk for VIPs and walk-ins, and scanners at session doors.
Scan the code from the confirmation email or an Apple or Google Wallet pass. Check-in takes about a second.
Branded touchscreen kiosks with several ways to search and on-demand badge printing. Staff-assisted mode is available too.
Fuzzy and partial name matching, plus lookup by email, phone or ticket ID. Chinese-name search has been used at real EventNook events.
Run check-in from a laptop, tablet or phone, and print badges from the same station.
Real events never match the guest list exactly. The desk handles changes on the spot, and every change syncs straight back to your registration data.
What matters is the arrival peak, not the total headcount. A morning keynote where everyone arrives within 45 minutes needs far more counters than a two-day exhibition where visitors trickle in.
Our rule of thumb is about six counters for 1,000 guests arriving within one hour. Use the planner for a first estimate, then talk to us: venue layout, walk-in share and badge format all change the answer.
At World Physiotherapy Congress 2025 in Tokyo, EventNook ran self-service kiosks with instant badge printing, handled last-minute walk-ins, and controlled access to concurrent tracks, with attendance updating live on the organiser's dashboard.
Session-specific QR codes and room capacity limits for multi-track programmes.
Arrivals, no-shows and session attendance as they happen.
The badge prints when the guest checks in. Nothing to pre-sort.
Download full check-in and session reports after the event.
The QR code scanned at the door is issued at registration, so the guest list is always current.
Seven badge formats, printed in about two seconds as each guest checks in.
Track attendance and capacity at every breakout room and workshop.
Yes. Our onsite team has delivered services in Hong Kong and travels in for events that need hands-on support. If you'd rather use your own staff, we train them before the event and support them remotely on the day.
A QR scan takes about a second, and a full check-in with badge printing averages around two seconds. One device typically handles 100 to 300 guests an hour, depending on how guests are searched and how many walk-ins you have.
Yes. Onsite name search in Chinese and badges with Chinese-character names have both been used at real EventNook events. Let us know when you scope the event so we can set it up for your delegate list.
Walk-ins can register and pay at the desk, or scan a walk-in QR code to sign up on their own phone. Staff can substitute guests, edit details and check in groups, and every change syncs to your registration data.
Yes. Attendee lists can be bulk-uploaded, including an existing QR code ID from another system, so guests can use the code they already have.
Share your headcount, venue and arrival window, and we'll propose a check-in layout that keeps the queue moving.
